GWtec® Greywater System for the environmentally friendly, energy-efficient and completely chemical-free treatment of low-contaminated wastewater (greywater) from showers, washbasins and bathtubs.
GWtec® station equipped with state-of-the-art ultrafiltration technology featuring a dry-mounted hollow-fiber membrane filter. PESM membrane surface with enhanced hydrophilicity to minimize biofouling and scaling on membrane fibers. 99.9% reliable retention of particles, pathogens, and adsorbed viruses larger than 20 nanometers (0.00008 in / 0.0002 mm). Dynamic control of treatment performance via SmartFiltrationControl (SFC) based on actual greywater contamination levels, ensuring optimum cleaning performance and maximum membrane filter service life. Filtration process in dead-end mode. Integrated UV disinfection unit factory-installed directly within the GWtec® station, providing an additional chemical-free barrier against residual pathogens in the treated process water. The UV unit is automatically controlled by the system's central control logic, activating in coordination with the filtrate pump to ensure every volume of reuse water receives a validated UV dose prior to distribution. Frequency-controlled horizontal centrifugal filtrate pump with stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) pump housing. Powerful backwash pump for efficient cleaning of hollow fiber membranes after each filtration cycle. Hydraulic control via motor-driven ball valves with position feedback for reliable operation. All flow rates monitored and controlled by calibrated ultrasonic flow sensors. Service water storage tank level monitoring via pressure transducers; control and monitoring of make-up processes (potable water, rainwater) in the service water storage tank (capacity to specify). GWtec® station mounted on an anodized aluminum frame.
Optional process water quality sensor package available for the service water storage tank, providing continuous live monitoring of all key water quality parameters directly via the system controller and touchscreen display: temperature, dissolved oxygen concentration and oxygen saturation, conductivity / salinity, turbidity, color, pH value, and volatile organic compounds (VOC / odor). All sensor readings are fully integrated into the DehoustCONNECT platform for remote monitoring, data logging, and alarm management.
Control and monitoring via a high-resolution 10-inch touchscreen display for fully automatic operation. Control and web connectivity via the integrated DehoustCONNECT server platform, offering extensive remote operation capabilities: individually configurable operating parameters for performance optimization, live monitoring of all operating processes and data, fault analysis and remote diagnostics, alarm and status notifications via e-mail, automatic software updates, and data output via MODBUS or BACnet protocols. Simple network connection via LAN or cellular (SIM card) router.
