Product Overview
The Graywater Manager GWM CONNECT 300/1150 is an advanced commercial and residential water recycling system. It features a submerged ultrafiltration membrane for eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and completely chemical-free treatment of low-contamination wastewater (graywater) sourced from showers, bathtubs, and bathroom hand washbasins (lavatories).
Utilizing cutting-edge Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) technology, the system produces high-quality non-potable water that meets the stringent hygienic and microbiological water quality requirements. The treated water is visually clear, completely odorless, and sensorially indistinguishable from drinking water. It is ideally suited for toilet and urinal flushing, commercial laundry washing machines, and subsurface landscape irrigation.
System Components
Coarse Filtration Pre-treatment: High-efficiency mechanical pre-treatment module designed for the reliable removal of textile lint, hair, and suspended solids. Equipped with a heavy-duty wedge wire screen plate made of Grade 304 stainless steel. Features an automated backwashing cycle controlled via integrated cleaning nozzles and a 1/2-inch (12.7 mm) control valve. The high-quality filter housing is constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
Graywater Equalization & Biological Treatment (BMT Unit): Integrated equalization tank for secure temporary storage, hydraulic balancing, and thermal load equalization of incoming graywater. The treatment chamber features energy-efficient BioMembraneTechnology (BMT)—an eco-friendly, purely mechanical-biological process completely free of chlorine or harsh chemicals. The tank is manufactured from premium high-density polyethylene. Includes a whisper-quiet commercial air compressor with a 6.5-foot (2 m) PVC aeration hose, a submerged high-performance Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane filter assembly with EPDM tube diffusers, a rugged stainless steel support frame, an integrated filtrate pump with a 9.8-foot (3 m) PVC filtrate hose, capacitive level sensors, and optical measuring sensors.
Treated Service Water Storage & Potable Backup: Dedicated service water storage tank for hydraulic balancing between treated water supply and building demand. Constructed from food-grade, high-quality polyethylene matching strict potable water material recommendations. Features a fully automatic, code-compliant potable water top-up system providing an air gap backflow preventer in accordance with ASME A112.1.2 / CAN/CSA-B64 (equivalent to DIN EN 1717 Type AB) with an integrated control valve. Includes a high-precision LiDAR sensor for continuous level regulation and a 1-1/2-inch (38.1 mm) female National Pipe Thread (NPT) PVC drain valve.
GWM CONNECT Automated Control Center: Fully automatic, UL/CSA-compliant programmable control unit for real-time monitoring and regulation of all system processes. User operation via a high-resolution, intuitive touchscreen display. Offers comprehensive secure remote access via the DEHOUST Connect cloud platform and mobile app. Features include direct selection of operating modes (Automatic System Mode / 100% Mains Water Backup Mode), digital level indicators, and a protected service menu for adjustable process parameters (backwash intervals, filling limits, aeration cycles). Provides visual error logs and a volt-free (dry contact) alarm output for Building Management System (BMS) integration. Enables live monitoring of operating data, remote fault analysis, troubleshooting, automated email status/alarm notifications, and over-the-air (OTA) software updates. Simple internet connectivity via standard RJ45 LAN connection.
